New Directions Sub-Saharan Africa 2024 will take place as a three-day event on 24-26 September in Nairobi, Kenya.

Pass types

There are two pass types:

  • Full pass
  • Full pass + Networking dinner 

The Full pass provides access to ALL sessions in the main conference over three days on 24, 25, and 26 September, excluding the networking dinner which will take place on the evening of Day 2 (25 September). Lunch and coffee and tea refreshments on Day 2 and 3 of the conference and a cocktail reception on the evening of Day 1 of the conference are included in the Full pass. 

If you would like to attend the networking dinner, please select Full pass + Networking dinner.

Please note: 

  • If you are an accepted speaker, please wait until you receive a Voucher Code before registering.
  • This conference will take place face-to-face in Nairobi, Kenya. There will be no simultaneous live streaming of the conference. You must be able to travel to Nairobi to take part.
  • All conference proceedings will be conducted in English.

Conference schedule

New Directions Sub-Saharan Africa is taking place over three days in Nairobi, Kenya, as a face-to-face event.

The event commences on the evening of 24 September with an opening plenary and cocktail reception; followed by 2 days of conference proceedings on 25 and 26 September, including thought-provoking plenary talks, engaging panel dicussions, and focussed parallel and Spotlight sessions from a range of presenters and topics.
